Christmas Retreat

This year The LSM Club’s Christmas Retreat will be held at the beautiful Chapel House Estate, a historic venue that combines charm and luxury.

Please note the retreat package includes a Christmas party ticket and all that comes with the party ticket. This whole event and the retreat is on one beautiful estate and ‘accommodation' will be exclusive to The LSM Club.

About Chapel House: Built in 1290, The Chapel House showcases the unique charm and character of the Estate and its stunning gardens. You’ll enjoy exploring the spacious modern kitchen, a cozy snug with a log burner, and an elegant garden room with double doors leading to the York Flagstone terrace and a sunken pond. The honeymoon suite on the first floor features a free-standing bath and an ensuite bathroom, with access to the terrace overlooking the gardens. Additionally, there are three charming double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, providing a cozy and relaxing stay.

About the Hideaway Lodges: The Hideaway Lodge feature a charming open-plan design with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto the scenic west paddock. Each lodge includes an ensuite bathroom, television, air conditioning, complimentary local snacks, and an optional mini fridge (at additional charge).

With a fresh country aesthetic and luxurious furnishings, the lodges offer stunning views and easy access to the grounds. 

Both accomodation options gives easy access to leisurely walks around the estate and nearby villages. 

Christmas Party Itinerary: Friday, December 6th

• 3:00 PM: Check-in at Chapel House, where you’ll settle into your lovely accommodations
• Gather with fellow members to get ready together
• Capture the festive spirit with pre-party photos to remember this special occasion.
• 6:00 PM: Doors open, and enjoy a festive welcome drink as we kick off the evening.
• 7:00 PM: Take your seats for a delightful three-course meal with a starter, main course, and dessert.
• 9:00 PM: Dance the night away with live entertainment from a band, creating the perfect atmosphere for celebration.
• 12:00 AM: Last orders, wrapping up a magical night of joy and connection.
• After the party, return to our country house just steps from the estate

Christmas Party Menu

Day 2: Saturday, December 7th, 2024

• 9:00 AM: Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the restaurant to start your day (not included in the ticket).
• 10:30 AM: Take a leisurely walk through the beautiful countryside, soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
•  Take an oppotunity to relax in front of the log burner, embracing the cozy atmosphere.
• 6:00 PM: Enjoy a delightful dinner at in the village (not included in the ticket)

Day 3: Sunday, December 8th, 2024

• 9:00 AM: Gather for a final breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the ticket), reflecting on the wonderful moments shared.
• After breakfast, check out and head home, filled with the warmth of friendship and festive cheer.

Booking Details: Accommodation is limited, and the Chapel House features four double rooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests. To secure a spot in the Chapel House, we recommend booking early, as early bookings will be allocated to the Chapel House first. Once the Chapel House is fully booked, additional accommodations will be assigned in the Hideaway lodges which are equally as beautiful.

Regardless of your retreat ticket, you will have access to the country house to enjoy the itinerary as a group, but you must be comfortable with either accommodation option when booking your retreat ticket.

Shared Accommodation Details: Rooms at Chapel House are booked per room (private double room with en-suite) and the Hideaway lodges are booked per lodge (private double room with en-suite) . However, members and their guests can independently arrange to share accommodations to split the cost of one room. For example, if one member books the 'retreat package' and wants to share a room with another member or guest, the other member or guest must have a 'party ticket' booked seperatley, as the retreat package includes x 1 party ticket.
