Begin 2025 feeling refreshed, motivated, and grounded with a day-long retreat filled with mindful practices, empowering workshops, and restorative relaxation. With a varied schedule of activities and learning opportunities, you’ll leave with tools to carry positivity and intention into the year ahead.
The Wellness Retreat features two transformative sessions: please note refreshments and light snacks are included.
Itinerary
Release and Empower (10:30am-1pm)
you’ll start by easing into the new year with a gentle yoga flow. This practice is designed to help you let go of lingering stress and guide your mind into the present moment. After you’ve warmed up both body and mind, you’ll take part in a special Vision Boarding workshop. Rather than just cutting and pasting images, you’ll use Pensive’s Vision Book to write the story of your future.
