Puppy Pilates is a class that combines the benefits of Pilates with the joy of spending time with adorable puppies. Led by an expert instructor, this class is suitable for participants of all abilities, whether they are beginners or advanced in Pilates. It's a great opportunity to refresh and recharge while enjoying the company of these furry friends.
The class will be held for one hour, during which participants can engage in movement medicine and enjoy cuddles with the puppies. Following the Pilates session, we will have an hour dedicated to refueling and socializing, where Mimosas will be served.
