Hello ladies sharing my month of June so far!

My goal is to come back healthy and fight my fat if I can 🤣 while I’m there.

I try to walk 10k steps a day or run and lift 3-4 times a week.

I started last month so

starting 2nd months with 10k and 9 weeks currently with lifting
