Membership Guidelines and Standards of Conduct

Membership Rules

1. Membership Eligibility High-Value Criteria: Membership is reserved for women who align with the club’s values, demonstrate personal and professional excellence, and are committed to building meaningful connections. Potential members must complete a pre-authorization form and be accepted based on the club’s criteria of shared values, contributions, and personal achievements. Age Requirement: Members must be at least 21 years of age to join. Approval Process: All prospective members undergo an approval process to ensure they are a good fit for the club’s culture. The LSM Club reserves the right to accept or deny membership at its discretion. Membership Plans: The LSM Club offers both monthly and annual membership plans. Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees, whether paid monthly or annually, are non-refundable, even if a member chooses to leave the club or has their membership revoked. Plan Upgrades: Members may upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan at any time, with the appropriate adjustments made to their billing cycle. Renewal: Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), unless canceled in advance by the member. 3. Attendance and Participation Event Attendance: Members are encouraged to actively participate in club events and activities. Regular attendance is expected as part of contributing to the community. If a member cannot attend an event they have registered for, they must provide timely notice. Commitment to Engagement: Active involvement in both social and collaborative activities is key to maintaining membership in good standing. Members who show a lack of engagement may be reviewed for continued eligibility. 4. Guest Guest Passes: The number of guest passes available is dependent on the membership plan (Elite, Premium, or Annual). Members may invite up to 3 guests depending on their plan. Pre-Approval: A form must be filled out and submitted prior to obtaining guest tickets. This is required to ensure proper vetting and alignment with the club’s values. Guest Access: Guests with passes are permitted to attend member-only events but are expected to adhere to the same standards of behavior and dress as members. Guest Behavior: Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any violation of club rules by a guest may result in disciplinary action against the hosting member. Respecting Privacy: All conversations, events, and personal information shared within the club are confidential. Members must respect the privacy of other members and refrain from sharing details or content related to the club outside its circle. No Photography or Recording Without Permission: Photography, video recording, or audio recording during events is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by the club. Members must respect the privacy and comfort of others by not sharing event details or member information on public platforms without permission. 6. Conduct and Behavior Adherence to the Code of Conduct: Members must abide by the club’s Code of Conduct, which outlines expectations for respectful, inclusive, and ethical behavior. Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. No Aggressive Solicitation: Members are welcome to network, collaborate, and build relationships within the club, but aggressive solicitation for business or services is strictly prohibited. Any commercial or personal endeavors should arise organically within the club’s supportive environment. Event Etiquette: Members are expected to arrive on time for events and conduct themselves in a manner befitting the club’s values. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will be addressed by the club and could result in suspension. 7. Dress Code Dress Code Compliance: Members are required to adhere to the club’s dress code for all events and gatherings. This ensures the club maintains its chic, upscale atmosphere. Members should refer to the specific event guidelines for any special attire requirements. 8. Communication and Respect for the Club Official Communication: Members should communicate with the club through official channels, such as the club app, website, or designated contact points. Any feedback, complaints, or inquiries should be directed to club management professionally. Respect for Club Property: Any club property, venues, or resources used during events must be treated with respect. Members are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. 9. Membership Termination Voluntary Termination: Members may choose to terminate their membership at any time by canceling it through the account section of the club app. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the membership. Club-Initiated Termination: The club reserves the right to terminate a membership if the member is found to be in violation of the club’s rules, code of conduct, or if they no longer meet the criteria for membership. Suspension: In the case of minor infractions, the club may choose to suspend a member’s privileges temporarily as an alternative to termination. Suspensions are at the discretion of the club management. 10. Use of Club Resources Exclusive Member Access: Only members may access the club’s events, services, and digital platforms. Sharing member resources with non-members is prohibited. Partner Benefits: Members may receive exclusive discounts or perks with club partners, such as cocktail bars or beauty salons. However, members cannot collaborate directly with partner locations unless authorized. 11. Modifications to Membership Rules Changes to Rules: The LSM Club reserves the right to amend or adjust the membership rules as necessary to ensure the continued success and exclusivity of the club. Members will be notified of any significant changes and are expected to comply with the updated rules.

Code Of Conduct

As a member of The LSM Club, you are part of an exclusive community of high-value women who are committed to supporting each other, fostering meaningful connections, and creating memorable experiences. To maintain the integrity and quality of our community, we have established a set of standards that all members are expected to follow. 1. Respect and Inclusivity Kindness and Empathy: Members should treat each other with kindness, compassion, and empathy. A positive attitude toward others, both online and in person, is essential. Inclusivity: The LSM Club celebrates diversity. Every member is expected to respect differences in background, culture, race, religion, and personal beliefs, fostering an environment where all women feel welcomed and valued. No Discrimination or Harassment: Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or any form of exclusion based on identity, lifestyle, or appearance will not be tolerated. We expect all members to act with respect and professionalism at all times. 2. Confidentiality and Trust Privacy: The LSM Club values trust and confidentiality. Members are expected to respect the privacy of other members and any personal information shared within the club. What is discussed or experienced within The LSM Club stays within the club. Integrity: Members should conduct themselves with integrity, ensuring their words and actions align with the values of honesty and trustworthiness. This includes being reliable and respectful when attending events, meetings, or collaborations. 3. Support and Collaboration Community-Oriented: The LSM Club thrives on the support and collaboration of its members. We expect members to contribute positively to the community, helping others when possible and participating in club activities with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit. Networking Ethically: Members are encouraged to network, share ideas, and collaborate on projects. However, personal gains should never take precedence over mutual respect and shared values. Avoid overly aggressive or opportunistic networking that could disrupt the supportive culture of the club. 4. Professionalism and Conduct High Standards of Behavior: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the club’s high standards. Whether attending events or engaging in conversations, members should always act with class, maturity, and respect for others. Punctuality and Engagement: Arriving on time to events and participating actively in the club’s activities demonstrates respect for the organizers and fellow members. Always be prepared to engage fully in conversations, collaborations, or experiences provided by the club. 5. Responsible Use of Club Resources Club Resources: Whether using the club’s app, attending events, or benefiting from club partnerships, members should do so responsibly. Any misuse of resources, facilities, or events provided by the club will result in disciplinary action, including potential membership suspension. One-to-One Services: When using the club’s personalized social management services, members must communicate clearly and respect the time and efforts of the club hosts and team. 6. Appearance and Presentation Dress Code Adherence: Members are expected to adhere to the club’s dress code guidelines for all events. Appearance should reflect the chic, elegant, and luxurious nature of the club. Personal Grooming: Members should maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance that aligns with the upscale atmosphere of The LSM Club. 7. Conflict Resolution Addressing Issues: In the event of any misunderstandings or conflicts within the club, members are encouraged to handle them professionally and calmly. If needed, members can reach out to club management for support in resolving issues. No Public Disputes: Members should avoid engaging in public disputes or airing grievances in front of non-members or on public platforms. Confidential, respectful communication is key. 8. Representing The LSM Club Ambassadors of the Club: Members act as representatives of The LSM Club. We expect members to uphold the club’s values when engaging with the public, attending external events, or collaborating with partners. Professionalism and decorum are expected in all interactions. Social Media Conduct: When posting on social media, members should act responsibly and respectfully, keeping in line with the values of the club. Negative or defamatory comments about the club or its members will not be tolerated. 9. Commitment to the Club’s Mission Shared Vision: By joining The LSM Club, members commit to supporting the club’s mission of providing women with meaningful experiences and fostering reliable, lasting connections. Active Participation: Members should actively participate in the club’s events, discussions, and activities to create a vibrant, engaged community. Consequences for Violations: Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termination of membership. The LSM Club reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of violations, ensuring the integrity of the community is maintained.

Dress Code

Chic and Elegant: Members should embody a polished, stylish aesthetic. Outfits should reflect sophistication, confidence, and attention to detail. Fashion-Forward: The club encourages members to express personal style while maintaining an upscale look. Tailored pieces and contemporary fashion are welcome, with a focus on elegance over extravagance. Comfortable Luxury: The LSM Club events range from high-end dinners to relaxed social gatherings. Members are expected to dress suitably for the occasion while maintaining a classy appearance. Prioritise comfort without compromising style. Daytime Events: Smart Casual: For daytime socialising, lunches, or club meet-ups, members should dress in smart casual attire. This includes: Tailored trousers, chic blouses, or stylish knitwear. Midi skirts, dresses, or jumpsuits in luxurious fabrics. Stylish flats, loafers, or heels. Handbags and minimalistic, tasteful accessories. Not Permitted: Sportswear, overly casual attire such as jeans, leggings, t-shirts, or flip-flops. Evening Events: Cocktail Attire: For dinners, evening meet-ups, and formal occasions, cocktail attire is encouraged. This includes: Elegant dresses, fitted jumpsuits, or sophisticated separates. Tailored trousers or chic skirts with refined tops. Heels or stylish ankle boots. Evening accessories, including clutch bags and statement jewelry. Not Permitted: Casual sneakers, overly revealing clothing, or distressed denim. Formal Occasions: Black Tie Optional: For special events such as galas or celebrations, a more formal dress code is recommended: Evening gowns, sophisticated cocktail dresses, or tailored suits. Luxury fabrics such as silk, satin, velvet, or lace. Heels, polished flats, and upscale accessories. Not Permitted: Casual or informal attire, including denim, sportswear, or non-elegant footwear. Seasonal Considerations: Summer Events: Light fabrics such as linen, silk, and cotton are acceptable, but the elegance factor remains high. Dresses, tailored shorts with blouses, and sandals (excluding flip-flops) are encouraged. Winter Events: Structured coats, leather boots, and luxe knitwear paired with sleek trousers or dresses maintain the club’s stylish atmosphere. Final Notes: Grooming: Personal grooming is a key aspect of the dress code. Hair, nails, and makeup should be neat and well-maintained. Respect for the Venue: Certain venues may have their own specific dress code guidelines. Members will be informed of any additional requirements when attending events at partner locations. Individual Style: While maintaining the standards of upscale attire, members are encouraged to infuse their own personal style, celebrating diversity and creativity.

Membership Pre-Authorisation Application 

If your pre-authorisation is accepted, you will receive an email notification. This email will contain a PIN that grants you access to the application page.
