Membership

Benefits

As a monthly member, you will receive priority event invitations, discounted tickets, and access to our diverse calendar of events. You can also take advantage of exclusive partnerships and special offers available only to our valued members.

Membership Eligibility 

The LSM Club welcomes women of all ages, backgrounds, and interests to join our exclusive community. Membership is open to individuals who share our values of inclusivity, respect, and positive engagement.

Renewal and billing

Upon subscribing to our monthly plan, your membership will automatically renew each month or year. You will continue to have access to all the club's benefits until you choose to cancel. Your monthly/yearly subscription will be automatically billed to the payment method on file at the end of each period. 

Cancellation

Memberships can be cancelled anytime. This can be actioned on a desk top in your account underneath subscription. 

Pror-ata reimbursement will not be applied to any membership cancellations. 

Failed payments will result in automatic cancellation within 7 days if not settled.

Cancellation of membership will  result in an immediate deactivation of the member account.

Once a cancellation is complete:

  • All accumulated points will automatically be cleared

  • Membership Tier will begin from Silver if resubmitted

  • Member profile will be deleted (along with followers, messages, saved items)

  • Group access is terminated

Guest Pass 

In the instance where a member would like to bring a plus one to an event. The members guest would be entitled to any benefits related to said members membership. The frequency of which a guest can be invited is dependent of said members membership.

Guest are not permitted to utilise any member benefits without the member being present with their digital membership card. 

Benefits include and are not limited to:

  • Ticket discounts 

  • Hospitality/partner discounts 

  • Entry to member only events

Termination of membership

Any members found not to be compliant with the following guidelines will result in immediate termination of membership and are not eligible for pro-rata reimbursement of funds. 

  • Members of The LSM Club are not permitted to directly contact partners or affiliated organizations in relation to tickets or attendance for events hosted by our club. Any member found engaging in such behavior will be subject to termination.

  • Non-Payment of Dues or Fees: Members who consistently fail to pay their membership dues, fees, or subscription charges may face termination.

  • Violation of Code of Conduct: These are ethical guidelines that members are expected to adhere to. 

  • Misconduct: Any form of misconduct, such as harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior.

  • Any member found engaging in slanderous behavior statements against The LSM Club, its partners, or any of its members is strictly prohibited and will face immediate termination.

Tickets

Access

LSM club tickets permit all members, non members and guest access to events hosted by The LSM  Club. 

Member ticket

A ticket that is priortised specifically for members at member only events. 

  • Member tickets found to be purchased by non members will be cancelled within 24 hours without refund. 

  • Members are not permitted to purchase member tickets on behalf of non members unless utilizing a 'guest pass'. 

 

Non Member Ticket

A ticket available for women that do not hold an LSM Club membership.

  • Non members are permitted to purchase or book any ticket that do not read as 'member ticket'

  • Member tickets found to be purchased by non members will be cancelled within 24 hours without refund.

Cancellations

Tickets purchased via The LSM Club are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be resold. 

  • If you can no longer attend an event, please report your absence to team@thelsmclub.com 24 hours before the event. This allows us to notify the hosts who may spend time looking for you on the day. 

  • Members, non members or guests of The LSM Club are not permitted to directly contact partners or affiliated organizations in relation to tickets or attendance for events hosted by our club. Anyone found engaging in such behavior will be subject to membership termination and incur a ticket cancellation without a refund.

Events

Submissions 

If you have a fantastic event idea that you believe would be a great fit for our community, we encourage you to submit it for consideration. Whether it's a fun outing, a captivating workshop, a cultural event, or anything else that aligns with our club's values, we want to hear from you!

  • Our event planning team will carefully review all the submitted ideas. They will assess the feasibility, suitability, and alignment with our club. If your idea is selected for further consideration, we will work to plan and organize the outing.

  • Once the event is thoroughly planned and all details are in place, we will share it with the entire club. This way, all members will have the opportunity to join and participate.

Access/Information

This is a members club specific to women.

Only members, non members or guests with a valid ticket purchased through the The LSM Club are permitted to attend outings, activites or events with the club. 

  • All questions regarding information or guidance related to events hosted by The LSM Club, should be directed to team@thelsmclub.com. Contact to venues, partners or organisation related to club events is not permitted.

Cancellations

In the case of an event cancellation a refund will be processed immediately.

  • If an event is rescheduled. The ticket holder is to notify the club 24 hours from notification of the rescheduling if they wish to cancel their ticket. This will result in a full refund. 

  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to show in your account.

Punctuality

Punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of events, and this policy is designed to minimise disruptions and delays to other members and quests caused by late comers.

  • If the circumstance arises where you are running more that 10 minutes late, send the team a message in the chat. 

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be turned away 

  • In the event that an individual exhibits a pattern of repeated lateness, defined as three or more instances, their membership status within The LSM  Club will be subject to review.

Complaints 

Reporting a Complaint 

If a club member, non member or guest has a concern, complaint, or grievance (related to the club, host or any person). They should address it promptly.

Complaints can be submitted in writing via email to team@thelsmclub.com.

Initial Resolution (Informal Stage)

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved informally or to the satisfaction of the complainant, it may be escalated to the club's leadership or board.

  • The club's leadership will conduct a thorough investigation and may request additional information or interviews with the parties involved.

  • A formal response detailing the outcome of the investigation and any recommended actions will be provided to the complainant

Escalation to Club Leadership (Formal Stage)

If the complaint cannot be resolved informally or to the satisfaction of the complainant, it may be escalated to the club's leadership or board.

  • The club's leadership will conduct a thorough investigation and may request additional information or interviews with the parties involved.
