We are thrilled to be inviting our members to a truly unique dining adventure at Beaverbrook. Join us for an extraordinary afternoon of alfresco Japanese dining in the elegant setting of The Italian Garden at The House, where stationary hot air balloons provide an enchanting atmosphere.

Beaverbrook is a quintessentially English Country House estate nestled in the heart of the picturesque Surrey Hills.

This year, the stationary hot air balloons are back, featuring elegant designs from luxury table dressers Summerill and Bishop. Six balloons, delicately decorated with rose pink and raspberry red stripes, are ready to welcome you for an unforgettable dining experience.

A Culinary Journey: Guests will step into their sky-themed hot air balloon and embark on a culinary journey curated by Beaverbrook’s Executive Development Chef, Wojciech Popow. The dynamic menu offers a three-course Japanese extravaganza, showcasing a myriad of handcrafted dishes that promise to take your taste buds on an adventure.

Interactive Dining: This year’s menu includes the return of a Yakiniku grill, providing an interactive dining experience that allows  our guests to grill their own selections of premium meats and vegetables, adding a fun and engaging twist to the afternoon.
