When you step into the studio, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the space. Notice the soft lighting, calming music, and the gentle purring of the kittens. Allow yourself to let go of any distractions or worries and be fully present in the moment.
As the yoga flow begins, focus on your breath and the sensations in your body. Feel the ground beneath your feet, the stretch in your muscles, and the energy flowing through you. With each movement, let go of tension and embrace the joy of the practice.
