These terms govern the submission, review, and outcome of your application to The LSM Club. 1. Purpose of Application The LSM Club is a private, invitation led members’ club for women. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of The LSM Club following a formal application and review process. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, access, or approval for membership. 2. Eligibility Requirements To apply for membership, applicants must: Be aged 23 years or over Identify as female Provide accurate, current, and complete information Meet the professional, personal, and cultural standards of the club The LSM Club reserves the right to request additional information or clarification at any stage of the application process. 3. Application Requirements As part of the application process, you will be required to submit the following: Mandatory Information Full legal name Date of birth Current residence and contact details Professional background and current occupation LinkedIn or professional digital presence Lifestyle and membership alignment questions Identity Verification You are required to provide: One clear, recent headshot photograph Valid proof of age and identity, such as a passport or government issued photo ID Failure to provide satisfactory identification will result in the application being paused or declined. 4. Accuracy and Truthfulness By submitting an application, you confirm that: All information provided is true, accurate, and complete You have not omitted material facts You are applying in your own name and not on behalf of another individual Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate rejection or later termination of membership without refund. 5. Payment Details and Card Authorisation To secure your application, you are required to provide valid credit or debit card details via Stripe, our authorised payment processor. Important clarifications: Your card will not be charged at the point of application submission Card details are securely stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards A charge will only be made if and when your application is approved By submitting your payment details, you authorise The LSM Club to charge the applicable membership fees should your application be accepted. Failure of payment upon approval may result in the withdrawal of the membership offer. 6. Application Review Process All applications are subject to a manual review process.
