The LSM App
When you use The LSM App, we collect and process the following, solely to run the club's services for you:
Your account and profile. Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and the profile details you choose to share (bio, neighbourhood, interests, profession, social links).
What you share in the app. Photos and videos you post to the feed, messages you send in club chat and direct messages, comments, and your RSVPs and bookings. You can delete your own posts and messages at any time.
Identity verification. To keep the club trusted and every member real, we offer identity verification through Stripe Identity. Your identity document and selfie are processed by Stripe; we never see or store the documents themselves, only the result of the check (verified or not). Verification is required for public membership of the app and optional for club members.
Payments. Event bookings, Reserve account transactions and chauffeur bookings are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
App activity. Sign-in sessions, device push-notification tokens (if you enable notifications), and basic usage needed to operate the app.
Who processes this data for us. Supabase (our database), Stripe (payments and identity checks), Expo (app delivery and push notifications), and Dropbox (media storage). We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your controls. In the app you can: turn push notifications and marketing emails on or off, hide yourself from search and discovery (Discreet mode), block and report other members, and permanently delete your account and its app data from Settings, no email or phone call required.
Age. The app is for adults. Membership requires identity verification confirming you are of age; the app is rated 18+ in the app stores.
