Code OF Conduct
As a member of The LSM Club, you are part of an exclusive community of high-value women. This is a space built on trust, discretion, and shared standards. To protect the integrity of our circles, all members are expected to uphold the following conduct at all times.
1. Respect and Inclusivity
Members shall treat each other, and all guests, partners, and staff, with kindness, empathy, and respect. The club celebrates diversity. All members are expected to respect differences in background, culture, race, religion, and personal beliefs. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or exclusionary behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Confidentiality and Trust
What is shared within the club including conversations, information, or images is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed outside without express consent. Screenshots, recordings, or sharing of member information without permission are strictly prohibited. Integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness are expected at all times.
3. Networking and Direct Contact
Members are welcome to share their ventures and services, provided this is done respectfully and in the right context. Direct approaches to other members are only permitted where an introduction has been made through the club or where the member’s profile or public consent clearly states they are open to direct contact. Random or unsolicited messaging, cold approaches, and persistent promotion are not acceptable.
4. Professionalism and Conduct
Members must uphold high standards of behaviour at all events and gatherings. Conduct that brings the club into disrepute will not be tolerated. Disruptive behaviour, excessive intoxication, or aggression are grounds for immediate review. Members are responsible for the behaviour of any guests they bring into the club’s spaces.
5. Community Culture
Gossip, cliques, or behaviour that undermines trust within the community is not permitted. If concerns arise, members must raise them privately with management, not with other members or external parties. Any attempt to foster negativity, division, or to damage the reputation of the club is grounds for action.
6. Use of Club Resources
Members must use club resources such as the app, events, services, and partnerships responsibly and with respect. Tickets may not be independently resold or transferred without prior written consent from the club. Misuse of services including repeated cancellations or failure to respect staff time may result in restricted access.
7. Appearance and Presentation
Members are expected to reflect the chic, polished, and elegant standards of The LSM Club at all times. Dress codes must be observed at events, with presentation appropriate to the prestige of the venues and experiences we host.
8. Representing The LSM Club
Members act as ambassadors of the club and are expected to carry themselves with professionalism when attending events or engaging with partners. Social media conduct must reflect the values of the club. Negative or defamatory posts regarding the club, its members, or its team will not be tolerated.
9. Discretion of the Club
Membership is a privilege, not a right. The LSM Club reserves the discretion to review, suspend, or terminate membership at any time if conduct is inconsistent with our values, regardless of payment status. Continued membership indicates acceptance of this Code of Conduct and all club policies.
10. Consequences for Breaches
If behaviour falls short of the standards set out in this Code of Conduct, the club may take action. This may include a formal warning, a period of suspension, or the immediate termination of membership.
