Membership Policy

1. Membership Eligibility and Renewal 1.1 Membership is available exclusively to women aged twenty-three (23) years and above. Proof of age may be requested at any time. 1.2 All memberships, whether billed monthly or annually, are subject to an annual review. Renewal is not automatic and is at the discretion of The LSM Club. 1.3 The Club may refuse admission or renewal without providing reasons. 1.4 The Club reserves the right to vary, suspend, or withdraw any aspect of membership benefits or services at any time. Such variation shall not entitle members to refunds. 2. Code of Conduct, Termination, and Suspension 2.1 Members must comply with the Club’s Code of Conduct at all times. 2.2 Any breach of the Code of Conduct, or any behaviour deemed harmful, abusive, dishonest, disruptive, or otherwise incompatible with the ethos of the Club, may result in immediate termination of membership. 2.3 The Club may cancel or terminate membership at any time, without refund, if necessary to protect the integrity of the Club. 2.4 Termination takes immediate effect upon notice. 2.5 Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests introduced to Club events, services, or activities. Any breach of this Policy or the Code of Conduct by a guest shall be treated as a breach by the member. 2.6 The Club may suspend a member’s access to services, events, or platforms without refund while investigating alleged breaches, payment issues, or appeals. 3. Payments 3.1 Membership fees shall be payable in advance and billed automatically in accordance with the selected plan (monthly or annual). 3.2 Members are responsible for ensuring that payment details remain valid and up to date. 3.3 Failed or declined payments must be remedied within fourteen (14) days. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of membership. 3.4 Membership cancellations are the sole responsibility of the member and must be actioned through designated methods (email, written notice, or official account settings). The Club shall not accept liability for claims where the member failed to properly complete or verify cancellation. 4. Cancellations by Members 4.1 Members may cancel their membership at any time by written notice to team@thelsmclub.com or via an approved communication channel. 4.2 Cancellation takes immediate effect. No pro-rata reimbursement shall apply. 4.3 Upon cancellation or termination: a) All credits, benefits, or points are forfeited. b) Member accounts and profiles are deleted. c) Group and community access is revoked. d) Re-application is required for future membership and is subject to the prevailing joining fee. 4.4 Memberships, tickets, credits, and benefits are strictly personal and non-transferable. 5. Events, Travel, and Third-Party Services 5.1 The Club facilitates access to events, travel, accommodation, transport, and related services, which are often delivered by third-party providers. 5.2 All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider. 5.3 Members shall not contact or pursue refunds, claims, or complaints directly with third-party providers. All queries must be directed to the Club. 5.4 The Club accepts no liability for the performance, quality, or delivery of third-party services. 5.5 Members are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements for travel (including visas, insurance, and health regulations). 5.6 Members must comply with all venue rules, instructions, and health and safety requirements at events or services arranged by the Club. 5.7 The Club may, at its discretion, attempt to resell event tickets or reallocate spaces where a member is unable to attend. The Club provides no guarantee of resale, and no entitlement to refund or credit arises. Members are strictly prohibited from reselling or transferring tickets under any circumstances. 6. Refund Policy 6.1 All membership fees, joining fees, concierge charges, event tickets, travel bookings, accommodation fees, and other charges are strictly non-refundable. 6.2 Exceptions apply only as follows: a) Reserve account holders, where credits may be refunded or transferred in accordance with the Reserve credit agreement. b) Tickets or services where a specific refund or cancellation policy is provided at purchase; such policy shall take precedence. 6.3 Outside these exceptions, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances. 6.4 Refunds shall not be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction with services, or dissatisfaction with third-party arrangements. 6.5 Memberships and tickets constitute leisure services with specific dates or access conditions and are exempt from statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. No cooling-off period applies. 7. Photography and Media 7.1 By attending Club events, members consent to being photographed or recorded. 7.2 Such images or recordings may be used by the Club for promotional, archival, or documentary purposes. 7.3 Members wishing to avoid photography must notify the Club in advance, but full avoidance cannot be guaranteed. 8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity 8.1 Membership and participation in events are undertaken at the member’s own risk. 8.2 The Club accepts no liability for: a) Personal injury, illness, or loss incurred at events or through third-party services. b) Property damage, theft, or loss. c) Failures, delays, or cancellations outside the Club’s control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or force majeure events. 8.3 The Club’s total liability under any claim shall be limited to the membership fees paid by the member in the preceding twelve (12) months. 8.4 The Club shall not be liable for service interruptions, delays, or loss of access caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to app store delays, internet outages, or regulatory restrictions. 8.5 Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless The LSM Club against any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from their actions or the actions of their guests, including reputational harm and damage to property. 9. Disputes and Governing Law 9.1 This Policy and all related agreements shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. 9.2 Members agree that any claim or dispute must be brought solely in the courts of England and Wales. 9.3 Members agree that disputes must first be submitted in writing to The LSM Club for internal resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996 before recourse to court. 9.4 This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Club and the member. No verbal or written representation outside this Policy shall create any rights or obligations. 10. Data Protection 10.1 The Club processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018. 10.2 By joining, members consent to such processing, including transfer and storage of data within the United Kingdom.

The LSM Club is dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive community for women, fostering friendship, and facilitating exciting adventures. By becoming a member, you are expected to adhere to the following policies: Community Values: Our community is built on kindness, respect, and support. Members are required to conduct themselves in a manner that aligns with these values, treating fellow members with courtesy and consideration at all times. Objectionable Content and Abuse: There is a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or any form of abuse towards members. The LSM Club app is actively monitored by administrators, and any member found engaging in indecent behaviour, harassment, or abuse towards others will face immediate removal from the community and cancellation of their membership. Group Discussions: The primary focus of our group discussions is to share member experiences and foster meaningful connections. Technical support inquiries should be directed to our support team, as our groups are not intended for addressing technical issues. Failed payments will result in automatic cancellation within 14 days if not settled. Cancellation of Memberships: Memberships can be cancelled at any time through the account settings under subscriptions. There is no notice period required for cancellation. However, we appreciate it if members notify us if they are leaving the country, as we would like to bid them farewell. Feedback. To cancel a membership email team@thelsmclub.com or send a message via the club chat and a member of our team will action this for you. Pro-rata reimbursement will not be applied to any membership cancellations. Cancellation of membership will result in an immediate deactivation of the member account. Once a cancellation is complete: All accumulated points will automatically be cleared. Member profile will be deleted (along with followers, messages, saved items) Group access is revoked Should you wish to rejoin, a returning member would need to reapply through the club application process and be subject to the sign up fee. regarding the community is always welcome, as it helps us improve and enhance the overall experience. Multiple Memberships: Only one membership can be purchased within the same calendar year. In the event that a membership is cancelled or suspended, it will not be eligible for renewal within the same year. Photography: LSM Club values the vibrant moments shared by its members during events and has implemented a photography policy to capture and preserve these memories responsibly. By participating in club events, members implicitly consent to the possibility of photographs being taken, with the understanding that these images may be used for promotional and documentation purposes. The club will make efforts to notify members in advance of events with dedicated photographers and respects the preferences of those who choose not to be photographed, although complete avoidance may not always be feasible. Additionally, when professional photographers are engaged, they will be briefed on the importance of obtaining consent and respecting personal space. Refunds: The LSM Club maintains a no-refund policy on all membership fees, event tickets, and club service fees. Each transaction is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are outlined at the time of purchase. By proceeding with any payment, members acknowledge and accept the applicable terms related to that experience. Due to the exclusive nature of our offerings and the advance commitments made with venues and partners, all sales are final. We encourage all members to review event details, ticket terms, and personal availability before confirming any purchase. While refunds are not offered, our team is available to provide support or clarification in advance of booking. Payment Terms Membership fees are billed automatically according to your selected plan (monthly or annually). All payments are processed securely via the club’s payment provider. By enrolling in a membership or purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms set out at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains up to date. Failed or declined payments may result in restricted access to the app, events, and club services until resolved.
